ALL THINGS BRIGHT AND BEAUTIFUL PRESCHOOL
Programs: Our classes begin in September, after Labor Day, and run through mid-May. Mommy and Me: One transition class that meets for 1½ hours, one day a week. Mid-year, moms leave children with two teachers in classroom for "on my own" class. Program: Founded by progressive education pioneer, Clara Bell Baker, in 1918, Baker Demonstration School serves close to 400 toddlers through eighth grade students. CHILDREN'S CIRCLE DAY CARE CENTER
Programs: Children's Circle serves children 15 months through 6 years of age, offering a full day preschool program, as well as before and after kindergarten care. Children's Circle operates year-round, and children may attend two, three, four or five days a week. NORTH SHORE COUNTRY DAY SCHOOL

Programs: Our afternoon Junior Kindergarten program offers children the opportunity to learn through positive involvement, play, interacting with others and problem-solving in a warm, nurturing environment. Our rich and varied curriculum focuses on social-emotional development, early literacy development, early mathematical skills, and fine motor and physical development. Theme-based units offer opportunities to explore all of the above through a variety of social studies and science themes. Within the classroom, students have rich literature and art experiences that are enhanced by specialized classes in music and phonemic awareness. A wide array of new materials and equipment are available for children to actively use, manipulate or build with and the daily schedule includes both structured group activity time as well as time for children to explore a variety of centers for dramatic play, blocks, art, writing, computer, reading, science, and math.
